In order to receive Expert certification in Pro Tools you must acheive a passing score on the Advanced Music or Post Production Techniques exam.  A minimum of three months hands-on experience with the system is recommended before attempting the exam.  Exams are approximately 6 hours long and are administered once per quarter.
